Pasta Salad With Cherry Tomatoes and Olives |
Ingredients
500 g of pasta of choice
1 cup of fresh basil leaves
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup of Kalamata olives
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Method
1. Cook pasta until al dente and then drain and set aside in a salad bowl.
2. Chop basil up finely.
3. Combine, in a bowl, tomato, basil, garlic, olives, oil and vinegar and set aside for 15 minutes.
4. Then, add the tomato mixture to the pasta and combine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
