Too Easy Vegetable Soup |
Ingredients
I tin of diced tomatoes
1 tin of drained white beans
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen beans or spinach
1/4 cup of dried pasta
1 cup water
I tablespoon of soy sauce
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan (and mixed herbs and dried garlic powder, if available).
2. Cook the soup for 10-15 minutes until pasta is cooked.
Serve with toast.
