Spinach, Rice and Fetta Bake |
Ingredients
2 cups of fresh baby spinach
1 cup of cooked long grain rice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup of diced feta cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to Moderately hot = 200°C = 400°F = Gas Mark 6.
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together well.
3. Spoon into a non-stick 23cm pie dish.
4. Bake for 35 minutes until golden.
Serve with salad.
