Crustless Tuna Pie |
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups milk (500ml, 16 fl oz)
3/4 cup wholemeal flour (125g, 4 oz)
100g tin of tuna or salmon
1/4 capsicum chopped
1/4 cup of frozen corn
About 1/2 cup of grated tasty cheese
freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C ( 350°F. Gas 4)
1. Add eggs, milk and flour to a large bowl and mix.
2. Drain the tuna or salmon and add to the egg and flour mixture (break up any lumps with a fork).
3. Add chopped capsicum and corn to mixture.
4. Add grated cheese to egg mixture.
5. Add black pepper to taste.
6. Grease a pie dish with olive oil and pour in the egg mixture.
7. Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked.
8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
