Pasta, Tomato Salsa , Tuna and Capers

Ingredients

200 grams of dry pasta (2 US cups). Penne pasta (or similar)
300g tomato salsa
Tuna In Oil 185g, drained
2 teaspoons capers
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Method

1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 10 mins until al dente.

2. Drain pasta. Then stir in the tomato salsa, tuna, capers and balsamic vinegar. Serve.
