Fresh Cucumber Salad

 Ingredients

1 cup of cucumbers sliced, thinly

2 cups of yogurt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon of dried mint (or fresh)

Method

1. First, remove water from cucumbers. Slice the cucumbers into thin slices. Then, place slices in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Leave the slices for 10-15 minutes, to draw out the excess moisture from the cucumbers. Finally, rinse the cucumbers with cold water and pat them dry.

2. Put garlic in a bowl, with olive oil and vinegar. Add yogurt slowly, while stirring, until smooth and creamy.

3, Add the rinsed and drained cucumbers to the yogurt mixture, then place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

4. Serve with a drop of olive oil on top and sprinkled with dried mint.
