Stir-Fried Tofu, With Noddle,s Snow Peas and Corn |
Ingredients
350g of egg noodles
450g (1ib) of tofu, cubed
100g snow peas
1/2 cup of frozen corn kernels
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons of oil (preferably sesame oil)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Method
1. Cook noodles according to directions and set aside.
2. In a large wok or frypan, add oil and stir fry the tofu and onions for 2 minutes.
3. Add the snow peas, beans sprouts, corn, garlic and ginger powder, then, soy sauce. Cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. Add noodles and stir to combine.
