Fruit Bread Pudding

Ingredients

8 slices of fruit bread

2 tablespoons of jam

1 egg

1 1/2 cups of milk

Method

1. Cut the crusts off the bread and cut into triangles.

2. Spread jam on each bread triangle and place into a ovenproof dish (6 cups, 1.5 litres).

3. In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk together. Then, pour the mixture over the bread and bake for 35-40 minutes, until set and top is golden.
