No Mucking About Tzatziki

Ingredients 

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Lebanese cucumber, seeded, grated and drained
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
Pinch of salt and pepper

Method

1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate. Ready to eat, but tastes better after sitting for a while.
