Sardines With Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Chilli (no cooking)

Ingredients (serves 2)

 2 x (3.75 ounce) cans of sardines packed in oil

4 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Juice of 1 lemon

2 teaspoons of chilli sauce

Pinch of garlic powder

1/4 tsp dried thyme

Pinch of salt.

Method

1. Lay out the sardines evenly on 2 plates, with sun-dried tomatoes on top.

2. Add some of the oil from the cans into a small bowl. Then add the lemon juice and the chilli sauce, garlic powder, thyme and salt. Mix about well and pour over sardines. Serve with seeded bread topped with avocado.
