Salad Ingredients
1 green capsicum, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped in half-moons
1/2 small red onion
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Greek oregano

Method
Method
1. Wash and cut the green capsicum and cucumber. Add them to a large bowl.
2. Slice the red onion and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.
3. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, basil and oregano, salt and pepper to the bowl of salad.
5. Add the crumbled feta cheese and Kalamata olives. Mix together well.
