One Pot Pasta With Tuna and Peas

Serves 4

Ingredients

400 grams dried spiral pasta.

2 x 500g bottles of pasta sauce with basil (or, Arrabiata sauce, for a chili flavour)

1 x 185g can of tuna in olive oil.

1 x cup of frozen peas.

Method

1. Pour the 2 bottles of sauce into a large heavy-based saucepan, along with 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil.

2. Add pasta and reduce heat to medium. Cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened. Add the peas in the last 2 minutes of cooking.

3. Add tuna and gently stir in.

4. Serve.
