Pancakes With Strawberries and Cream



Ingredients

3 large eggs
125 g plain flour
250 ml milk
Butter for cooking

Fresh whipped cream
Fresh strawberries
Icing sugar



Method

1. Add eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt to your blender and then mix until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
3. Melt and spread the butter at medium heat in a large non-stick frying pan.
4. Spoon some of the batter onto the hot butter and spread out smoothly.
5. Cook pancake for 1 to 2 minutes and when it looks cooked underneath flip over
6. Cook the pancake on the other side for another minute, or until cooked through.
7. Cool and serve with strawberries and cream and dust with icing sugar,
