Ingredients
1 cup (120 g) self-raising flour sifted
3 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder sifted
1 (120 g) cup caster sugar
3 generous tablespoons butter
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together on medium speed for about 3-4 minutes.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan.
3. Bake at 180°C (350° F) for about 40-45 minutes.
4. Allow to cool in pan before removing to cool on a cake rack.
