Ingredients
1 small diced onion
1/2 cup of frozen corn
500g minced beef (17 ½ oz.)
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a frypan over medium heat and fry onion.
2. Add the minced beef, frozen corn, cumin, chilli powder, oregano and cook until the mince is browned.
3. Add pasta sauce, diced tomatoes and beans.
4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1/2 -1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon diced oregano
1 teaspoon diced oregano
1 teaspoon dried cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil
