Beetroot and Yoghurt Dip |
Ingredients
1 450 g can of baby beetroot (drained)
1/2 cup of thick natural yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with healthy crackers or seeded toast.
