5-Minute Cup of Ramen

Ingredients

1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
4 strands Ramen noodles
3 tablespoons frozen mixed vegetables
2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon of chopped green onion (can be dried)
Sesame seeds

Method

1. Pour the stock into a large ceramic cup, along with strands of ramen noodles, frozen mixed vegetables, soy sauce, chili sauce, and  green onions. Break the noodles and add them too.

2. Microwave for 2 to 2 ½ minutes or until the ramen noodles are tender. Then, stir well.

3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Enjoy.

# Add dry roasted edamame ( soy) beans for extra protein.
