Bruschetta With Tuna and Olives |
Ingredients
185g (about 6 oz.) can tuna in water3/4 cup Kalamata olives
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. chopped basil (grow your own)
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
ground black pepper to taste
1 Sourdough baguette sliced
Method
1 Combine tuna, olives, tomatoes, basil and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
2 Add black pepper and set aside.
3 Toast bread slices until lightly browned.
4 Top the toast with tuna mixture and eat
*A small amount of chopped feta cheese makes an even more delicious combination.
