Corn and Pea Fritters

Ingredients

1 cup of self-raising flour (175g).

1 cup of milk (250ml).

1 egg, beaten.

1/2 cup of frozen corn and peas.

1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese.

Canola oil

Method

1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frypan, over medium heat.

2. Mix flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, and milk together, gently, until there are no lumps.

3. Add the peas and corn to the batter and stir in.

4. Drop tablespoons of batter into pan and flip over as they start to bubble.

Serve when starting to brown.
