Ingredients
1/2 kilo peeled orange sweet potatoes, cut into 1 cm-thick chips.
Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 210°C (410 F)
Method
Bake for 10 minutes and then turn chips over. Continue baking until lightly browned, about 10 minutes longer.
1. Lightly coat a large baking tray with olive oil.
2. Place sweet potato, oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Spread chips on the tray in a single layer.
